Sugar Rain Cafe

I am a baker and I am also a mother with three children. I have been a kindergarten teacher and have seen many children who are allergic to gluten, eggs and nuts.  Because they are allergic to certain foods, they cannot enjoy birthday cakes, desserts or bread like other children. As both a mother and a teacher, I feel the disappointment and sadness of my children, so when I went to study the baking course, I was determined to make cakes or other delicacies without gluten, eggs and nuts. After repeated attempts, I finally achieved my goal, and I did it. It is my greatest happiness when all children can eat delicious cakes.  And now I can make halal or low-sugar cakes. I hope that more people can enjoy the food with confidence and have a good time with their family and friends！
